Meet the Founder – Jameel, Visionary Behind Bizbell Solutions

I’m Jameel — founder of Bizbell Solutions and the driving force behind every service and strategy we offer. With over 20 years of hands-on experience across design, development, consultancy, and business leadership, I’ve built Bizbell to solve the exact problems I’ve seen (and personally faced) in the digital world.

Over the years, I’ve earned more than 50 certifications in the very skills we offer today. From government-backed programs to global learning platforms, these credentials aren’t just titles — they’re proof that I’ve done the work, and now lead others with real expertise.


Why I Started Bizbell Solutions

The idea for Bizbell was born out of frustration — frustration with how digital services are often sold.

Even the biggest agencies wrap their services in vague language, confusing prices, and hidden upsells. You buy a logo, and suddenly you “need” four other things to make it work. There’s always a catch.

I often say:
“The internet is a place where the buyer doesn’t know what they’re buying, and the seller doesn’t know what they’re selling.”

What I mean is this: sellers don’t take time to understand the buyer’s true needs, goals, or budget. Instead, they hide behind jargon, upsells, and impersonal “policies.”

That’s why I created Bizbell — to change this broken model. Every service we offer is standalone, clearly defined, and fairly priced. No hidden layers. No forced bundles. Just exactly what you need, nothing more.

I’ve walked this road myself. I started at the very bottom and moved through every major role in the industry — from intern to designer, developer, consultant, and eventually, founder. I’ve tested the services of others, spent my own money as a customer, and experienced the frustration of poor communication and unclear results.

What I found is this: when a customer is unhappy, the issue usually isn’t the service — it’s the lack of empathy.

At Bizbell, we believe in being real.

We don’t hide behind robotic rules or vague policies. We openly state in our terms and conditions that we’re human. Sometimes, reality causes delays. But we believe in explaining, adjusting, and being transparent — not pushing discomfort under the label of “professionalism.”
